Thinking about selling?
Start with a timeshare resale consultation
Tell us about your resort and how to reach you. Our team can discuss the resale process and what information is needed to evaluate your ownership.
What your initial consultation covers
- Share the basics. Your resort and contact details are enough to start.
- Discuss your ownership. An agent can review usage, current market information and any additional details needed.
- Review the path forward. Discuss pricing, the listing process and applicable costs before deciding how to proceed.
Your first step is an initial consultation only. It does not include a written appraisal, guaranteed sale or guaranteed sale price. Transfer requirements and timing depend on the ownership and transaction; request written terms before agreeing to proceed.
Commission is 25% of the sale price or $1,000, whichever is greater. Other charges, responsibility for payment and when amounts are due must be confirmed in the written agreement.

A useful way to prepare (optional)
Bring the resort or program name and the goal you want to discuss. Laura can explain which ownership documents, transfer questions and current costs would need checking if you choose to explore a listing. This is a discussion outline, not a promised valuation or sale.
Please keep member numbers, account passwords and financial documents out of this first inquiry. Your agent can explain any information needed later.
