Jessica, It's been a long road — that I couldn't have found the end of without your able assistance. Please, tell Judi that I am singing her praises too. When I first went to divest myself of the timeshare properties (after my wife died) I was told by Hilton that it simply couldn't be done. That was a lie. Your office helped to unburden me of the annual maintenance fees. And that was what I really needed in the reality of a new household budget. Bless you all. And I will truly 'advertise' your services broadly.

Ms. Kozlowski and Team, Thank you very much for your email notifying us of the transfer. It is a great Christmas present. It has been a long fourteen years since that ill-fated decision to join HGVC. It took five or six years to realize that it didn’t work as well for us in practice as it seemed when we purchased it. It took finding your agency and much hard work by your team to relieve us of this white elephant. Also one or two price adjustments. As I’ve said before, your team’s communication with us along the way encouraged us to believe this day was coming. I will certainly recommend your agency to anyone in a similar situation.
