Listings, articles and calculators help you explore timeshare resale questions. Information may be incomplete, historical or subject to change. Contact us to confirm details before making a decision. General website content is not individualized legal, tax or financial advice.

Availability, ownership costs and program restrictions

• A displayed listing or “active” status is not a guarantee of current availability, a reservation or an accepted offer. Ask for current written confirmation.
• An asking price is not the total cost of ownership. Confirm maintenance fees, billing frequency and year, taxes, assessments, loan balances, transfer charges and closing costs that apply to the particular interest.
• Points, usage years, reservations, exchange rights and brand benefits depend on the specific ownership and current program documents. Benefits may be restricted or unavailable on resale or transfer; verify with the responsible resort or program administrator.
• We do not promise a resale price, sale deadline, rental income, investment return or guaranteed program access through this website.

Brand and resort names identify the interests or programs discussed. Their appearance does not by itself establish endorsement or affiliation. The FTC's timeshare consumer information offers questions to consider before committing.

Inquiries and written agreements

Submitting an inquiry, requesting an evaluation, creating an account or saving a listing does not by itself create brokerage representation, accept an offer, reserve an interest or form a purchase, listing or financing agreement. Contact us to establish the appropriate next step and documents.

Any service fees, commissions, closing charges and responsibility for payment must be set out in the applicable written agreement or transaction documents. Website wording does not replace those documents or establish a blanket fee promise.

Financing estimates

Calculator results are illustrations based on the numbers you enter. They are not a credit application, approval, financing offer or guarantee of rates, APR, eligibility or total charges. Actual lender terms, fees and disclosures must be confirmed in writing. Ownership expenses may be additional to loan payments.

Accounts, submissions and appropriate use
