This program distinction is central to a resale comparison. The resort page describes Club-to-Club Exchange availability; do not assume that a Main Street Station interest or a reservation carries the same rights as a different Hyatt product.
Why the program distinction matters
The official Main Street Station page states that the resort is outside the Hyatt Vacation Club Portfolio Program and is available through Club-to-Club Exchange. That statement describes the resort’s program context; the rights of the particular interest being sold still need to be established from its documents. Do not substitute the rights of a Pinon Pointe or another Hyatt interest.
