Start with the exact ownership

Distinguish a Flex program interest from a week or ownership at one Sheraton resort. A resort's presence in a Flex marketing page does not establish a guaranteed booking or every benefit that a resale buyer will receive.

A Flex example resort is not the ownership itself

The official Sheraton Flex page identifies multiple destinations and participating resort examples, including Orlando properties. Check which interest, allocation and reservation rules the transfer would convey. Do not assume that a resort week, Flex ownership, exchange enrollment and hotel-loyalty benefits are interchangeable merely because the Sheraton name appears in each.

The buyer question to answer first

Which Flex ownership, usable allocation and reservation or enrollment rights are documented for the proposed transfer?

  • Ask Dana and the buyer team which ownership record and current reservation rules support the answer for your chosen listing.

Put the price and continuing costs together

Request the latest recurring bill with its fee year and billing period, plus a written breakdown of one-time transfer and closing costs. Check any separately charged membership, exchange or stay costs. This guide does not quote a current fee or valuation.

What a seller should prepare

Provide the exact program interest, current allocation and remaining usage, identifying any separately enrolled benefits that need transfer confirmation.

Include the resort or program and an MLS reference when available. Laura and the seller team can explain the next information needed for an evaluation.

Questions buyers and sellers ask

Which Flex ownership, usable allocation and reservation or enrollment rights are documented for the proposed transfer?

Identify the contract or ownership record, current administrator and written reservation rules before relying on a marketing example. Ask which usable allocation and benefits remain with the interest after transfer.

Where can I find a current resale price or fee for Sheraton Flex?

Open the relevant listing and ask the team to confirm its recorded asking price, latest recurring bill and transaction costs. An asking price is not a completed-sale valuation; a fee without its year and billing period is not a current cost comparison.
