Westgate and Hilton Right of First Refusal (ROFR)

Many of the developers have the right of first refusal on their units. Prior to exercising their right of first refusal, most developers will wait for you to be under contract with a buyer. They will then step in as the buyer and take over the contract. The buyer will receive a letter from the developer explaining their action. The buyer also receives 100% of his money back.

Closing Information

There is a 10% deposit or a minimum of $500 due with contract. Balance will be due at closing. Closing costs vary -- please ask us. Financing available with very low downpayment.

Buyer pays 2010 maintenance (if applicable), closing costs, and any resort transfer fee applicable.
